Sometimes in life are remembered for how they touch our soul. Love is flowing through every moment and cell of your body. Remember a time in your life when someone deeply touched you with their love.  The power of the joy they gave to you.  It would nice to live in a world where people focused their time on how they can make others have more tender moments than harsh realities.

Some Native American tribes taught to chase and confront ones fear in their dreams. You can practice this method with visualization. What do you dread most in life? Think of it and come up with a comical solution to the confrontation. This will make it much easier to face the challenges in life as they confront you each day. Fear is nothing more than the misunderstanding of love.

Give Peace A Chance

Once each day do something that makes you feel more tranquil. The more you begin to become comfortable with yourself, the more comfortable you will be with the world.

Luster

The sun provides nutrients and also energy for life. Mediating in the open daylight can re-engerize you instead of allowing you to feel your normal tired self.

The Setting Sun

The setting sun represents completion to the subconscious mind. In each activity we pursue, we should strive for completion. Visualize what you need to do to complete the project, the tools you will need and the most effective way to achieve your goal. Planning can become a peacefully meditative task if you allow your mind the tranquility to move forward before your body.

The Egg

The egg is the symbol of birth and rebirth. The buddhist says that man dies every second and is reborn again. Rebirth does not have to mean death or religious change. It can mean reformatting a thought structure or perhaps a behavior pattern. It is desirable to have a life that constantly renews itself. Meditation is a trigger to help aid in new rebirth in your life.

Mild Sedative

Relax. Often people say that their thoughts overwhelm them too much when they’re trying to mediate. A simple exercise I use to prevent this is to let the thoughts come. Don’t stop them. Also don’t hold on to them. Allow them to flow through your mind like a running stream in and out and eventually there are no thoughts left to flow.
