The sun is a source of power and energy. It has been used through history in several religious traditions. Meditation can take place in a brightly light space.
Envision the sun as the cleansing light. Feel as it purifies your body on a cellular level. Take in the vitamins and necessary nutrients this great life sources generously gives.
Sometimes in life all of the dividends of decisions can add up to make an enormous whole. Overwhelmed and frustrated by the ever growing demand place upon us by our current world economy people are confronted with negative emotions.
