I have recently become pregnant. Throughout all of this, people have been telling me what to do and what not to do. Not really knowing if they have the best advice or not. What I’ve discovered is that their is no replacement for what the human body wants. Many of the things I have done correctly, I have done because that’s what I knew I had to do at the time. If something will likely make me sick, then my body will automatically reject it.
Our first moments of the day set the precedence for the mood of the rest of our waking hours. When you wake up plan a few moments for meditation. If you are more familiar with meditating, then this can be done within your commute to your daily responsibilities. Starting your day from a peaceful place can offer the ability to transform your daily life.
The smell if burning woods and the drought season have been a fear for mankind for ages. Embrace nature’s ability to renew itself. Find the fire of your soul and begin your own renewal process.
Sometimes in life all of the dividends of decisions can add up to make an enormous whole. Overwhelmed and frustrated by the ever growing demand place upon us by our current world economy people are confronted with negative emotions. The teachings of many shamans can show that repression of angry, fear-driven or hurt emotions can only cause a permanent scar to wear on the metaphorical sleeve.
Look not to holding in these feelings. Let yourself express them. Let them wash through you and out like a wave. The further under the water you submerge your body, the less the friction of the currents will move you about.
Once they have past, you can look out onto new waters. Your perception makes up a greater toll of the how the world treats you than can be imagined.
